Pharmaceutical name: Tadalafil
Apcalis SX Oral Jelly aids in attaining satisfactory erections during sexual intercourse. It enhances blood circulation in the penis by relaxing the smooth muscles of the arteries. Its effects are only triggered by sexual stimulation.

The primary ingredient in Apcalis is Tadalafil. Apcalis SX Oral Jelly is a potent, reversible, selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) that specifically targets cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). When sexual stimulation leads to the localized release of nitric oxide, the inhibition of PDE 5 by Cialis results in elevated cGMP levels within the cavernous body of the penis. This mechanism causes relaxation of arterial smooth muscles and increases blood flow to the penile tissues, resulting in erections. Cialis is ineffective in the absence of sexual stimulation. Apcalis SX Oral Jelly enhances erections and facilitates successful sexual encounters. The drug remains active for 36 hours and can take effect as soon as 16 minutes after ingestion if sexual arousal occurs.

The suggested dose of Apcalis SX Oral Jelly is 20 mg, which should be taken at least 16 minutes prior to sexual activity. Its effects last for up to 36 hours. Use Apcalis SX Oral Jelly once a day and do not exceed the recommended dosage.

For optimal results, it is advisable to avoid combining Apcalis SX Oral Jelly with grapefruit juice, alcohol, or tobacco. Simultaneous use of tobacco and Apcalis may lead to a condition known as NAION (sudden vision loss related to the optic nerve). Inform your doctor before taking Apcalis if you have any abnormalities of the penis, such as curvature or congenital defects, or if you have a history of coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, angina, heart attacks or failures, hypotension or hypertension, bleeding disorders, stomach ulcers, diabetes, high lipid levels in the blood, sickle-cell anemia, liver or kidney failure.

Apcalis SX Oral Jelly is not recommended for patients taking any form of organic nitrates, either regularly or intermittently, as it can enhance the hypotensive effects of these medications.

Common side effects of Apcalis SX Oral Jelly include facial flushing, headaches, digestive disturbances, diarrhea, flu-like symptoms, and nausea. In rare instances, low blood pressure, blurred vision, color vision changes, and irregular ejaculation may occur. Prolonged erections or priapism (painful erections lasting over 6 hours) can also happen. If an erection lasts longer than 4 hours, seek immediate medical attention to prevent permanent damage to the penis. Worsening of heart issues in patients with existing heart disease using Apcalis SX Oral Jelly has been reported.
